This sermon was my first preached as the Assistant Rector of St. Thomas Episcopal Parish in Coral Gables, FL, in August 2012. The Scripture readings for this sermon were Proverbs 9:1-6, Ephesians 5:15-21 & John 6:51-58. The sermon is about the importance of the Eucharist – i.e. Holy Communion, the Lord’s Supper – and the Real Presence of Christ in the Sacrament.
